Job Responsibilities:- Directly manage a team of account managers.
- Ensure revenue target realization.
- Responsible for key client interaction.
- Coach, mentor, provide feedback, and improve the skill set and productivity of the team.
- Recruiting and training of future team members.
- Analyze and report key performance metrics.
- Ability to effectively manage clients.
- Experience with Digital Strategy and Online Marketing (Campaigns, Content, Social Media etc...).
- Ability to understand and anticipate client needs.
- Excellent customer interaction and client-facing skills.
- Strong creative problem-solving and analytic skills with attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and ambitious.
- Proficient with PowerPoint/Keynote.
