Job Responsibilities:
  • Directly manage a team of account managers.
  • Ensure revenue target realization.
  • Responsible for key client interaction.
  • Coach, mentor, provide feedback, and improve the skill set and productivity of the team.
  • Recruiting and training of future team members.
  • Analyze and report key performance metrics.
Requirements:
  • Ability to effectively manage clients.
  • Experience with Digital Strategy and Online Marketing (Campaigns, Content, Social Media etc...).
  • Ability to understand and anticipate client needs.
  • Excellent customer interaction and client-facing skills.
  • Strong creative problem-solving and analytic skills with attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and ambitious.
  • Proficient with PowerPoint/Keynote.
