About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and self-driven Key Account Manager to join our team at PayU. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring and servicing merchants through online platforms, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience and building strong relationships with our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business proposals to acquire new merchants and expand existing relationships.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing sales and lifecycle management queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve merchant queries and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Cross-sell PayU products to merchants, identifying opportunities to increase revenue and drive growth.

Requirements:

  • 6-10 years of experience in Key Account Management, Sales, or Customer Relationship Management.
  • Proven track record of success in a competitive sales environment.
  • Experience in the payments domain is mandatory.
