Senior Sales Account Manager

Job Overview
As a Senior Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple large customer accounts within MHXX and a defined specific market segment. Your main goal will be to develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring they receive high-quality service and products while negotiating terms of sales.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day sales activities for a group of customers within MHXX to maintain long-term relationships.
- Identify sales opportunities and implement defined sales strategies to achieve M+H revenue targets and service goals.
- Visit new and existing customers to consult on market-relevant M+H products, provide product information, and conduct product trainings/workshops.
- Monitor sales performance, including turnover, forecasting, and receivables, and provide feedback on critical issues.
- Support customers in developing growth strategies, pricing strategies, and marketing programs to ensure optimal market performance and competitiveness.
- Process customer complaints and product returns.
- Oversee sales support activities, including sales administration, sales representatives, and customer service.
Requirements
- University degree in Business Administration or equivalent field of education.
- 5-6+ years of automotive work experience in the aftermarket sector.
- Well-versed in channel management and dealer handling.
- Strong business acumen, customer orientation, organization, and coordination skills.
- Leadership skills, conflict management, and communication skills.
- MS Office skills, Microsoft PPT, Advanced Excel, and technical savvy.
Location
This role is based in North India, covering Hissar/Rothak/Gurgoan regions.
