Job Overview
Livspace is seeking a proactive and results-oriented Referral Business Lead to drive our referral program initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating referral leads, driving input efforts for referrals, conducting audits, disbursing referral rewards, designing sales schemes, and enhancing repeat referrals.
Key Responsibilities
- Interact with existing customers to generate new referral leads.
- Qualify new referred customers as prospective clients.
- Drive referral efforts among Business Managers through regular touchpoints and engagement.
- Manage the disbursal of referral rewards on a regular basis.
- Enhance repeat referrals through targeted strategies.
- Implement a structured approach to drive referral generation.
- Ensure 100% compliance and awareness of the referral program.
Requirements
- Proven sales experience in generating referral business.
- Strong ability to influence people to achieve results.
- Strong analytical skills to drive data-driven strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Benefits
This role offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
