Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Manager, Go-To-Market (GTM) to lead strategic initiatives focused on engaging with the Finance and Accounting sector.

This role is responsible for creating and executing targeted marketing campaigns, building partnerships, conducting webinars, and optimizing event participation to drive growth. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, possess strong marketing acumen, and have a deep understanding of Finance and Accounting industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Campaign Development: Design and implement content marketing campaigns specifically targeting Finance and Accounting professionals. Develop high-quality content including whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, and more to address key industry pain points.
  • Influencer and Distribution Partnerships: Identify key influencers and platforms within the Finance and Accounting sectors to distribute content effectively. Cultivate partnerships with industry leaders, associations, and third-party platforms to extend content reach.
  • Webinars and Publisher Collaborations: Plan and manage webinars by working with relevant publishers and platforms, ensuring topics resonate with Finance and Accounting professionals. Coordinate all aspects of the webinar, including speaker engagement, content creation, and audience promotion.
  • Event Identification and Collateral Creation: Research and recommend industry events and conferences that align with company goals. Lead the development of event collateral such as brochures, banners, and presentations to enhance engagement at events.
  • Website Management: Regularly update website content focused on Finance and Accounting audiences, ensuring that it is optimized for engagement and conversion. Collaborate with web developers to maintain a smooth, user-friendly experience for visitors from the target market.
  • Ad Campaigns: Plan, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns across platforms like Google and LinkedIn aimed at Finance and Accounting professionals. Continuously monitor performance and adjust strategies to optimize lead generation and ROI.
  • Collaboration with Product Teams: Work with product management to test and launch features that specifically address the needs of the Finance and Accounting market. Ensure product marketing efforts align with overall go-to-market strategies.
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting: Track the performance of marketing initiatives, including content campaigns, webinars, and ad campaigns, and report on results. Use data and insights to refine strategies and ensure continuous improvement.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience, and a collaborative environment that values innovation and strategic growth.
