About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual who can identify new business opportunities, establish relationships with potential clients, and drive business growth through strategic partnerships and collaborations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders across various industries.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the education sector, particularly in ed-tech and talent development. They will be able to analyze market trends, identify areas of growth, and develop strategies to capitalize on these opportunities. Additionally, they will have experience working with CRM tools and MS Office Suite, as well as proficiency in project management and team leadership.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow vvGrad's client base.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with potential clients, including educational institutions, corporates, and other partners.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the education and talent development sectors.
  • Present and pitch vvGrad's programs and services to prospective clients, highlighting unique value propositions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop strategies that align with business development goals.
  • Support the sales team in achieving targets through follow-up on leads, scheduling meetings, and managing client communications.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and contracts, adhering to company standards.
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions with clients in CRM tools, updating status and progress.
  • Analyze client feedback and market responses to improve offerings and business strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 0-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relations, ideally within the education or tech sectors.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of the education sector, particularly in ed-tech or talent development, is a plus.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
