We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Strategist to join our Business Finance team at HighRadius Corporation, a rapidly growing global provider of cloud-based Autonomous Software for the Office of the CFO. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional financial planning and analysis skills, with a strong background in technology and SaaS business models.

Job Summary

This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Consulting Services, Customer Success, Sales & Marketing, G&A, and R&D, to provide senior management and executives with enhanced visibility and predictability while fostering deeper insights into our business. You will report directly to the Director of Business Finance and play a key role in driving hyper-growth at scale.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage budgets, projections, reports, and analysis in collaboration with various business groups within HighRadius.
  2. Develop and manage revenue, headcount, and expense forecasts.
  3. Lead the month-end close process with accounting.
  4. Project financial results and identify factors behind any deviations from projections.
  5. Enhance finance procedures and implement new system upgrades to facilitate hyper-growth.
  6. Improve the accuracy of forecasts and develop recommendations based on knowledge of HighRadius's business strategy.
Requirements
  • MBA in Finance or CA certification.
  • At least 3 years of experience in FP&A/Controllership, with a focus on technology and familiarity with software industry and SaaS business models.
  • Strong financial modeling skills and quantitative analysis experience.
  • Expertise in Excel and Google Sheets, with the ability to maintain complex spreadsheets and apply different modeling techniques and shortcuts.
  • Understanding of GAAP and non-GAAP financial metrics.
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management experience.
