
Business Partner Manager

Job Description
We seek a strategic partner manager to scale and maintain key relationships within the Microsoft ecosystem.
The ideal candidate will develop and execute joint go-to-market strategies with partners to drive co-selling opportunities and accelerate demand generation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate strong relationships with Global System Integrators (GSIs), Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), and Managed Service Providers (MSPs).
- Develop and lead end-to-end execution of partner programs from planning to launch, ensuring optimized touchpoints for higher engagement and conversion.
- Actively engage with the broader partner ecosystem to identify new opportunities and synergies.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of alliance programs, using data to derive insights and improve GTM tactics.
Requirements
The successful candidate will possess:
- 3-6 years of experience in alliance management, channel sales, or a related role within the B2B technology or SaaS industry.
- Proven experience working with major technology partners, with deep knowledge of the Microsoft partner ecosystem.
- Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills, as well as strategic planning, project management, and data-driven decision-making abilities.
- An outcome-oriented and go-getter mindset, with a problem-solving approach and complete responsibility for work outcomes.
