Job Title: Strategic Partner Growth Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Strategic Partner Growth Manager to drive the development and execution of our partner growth strategy. This role requires a unique blend of strategic planning, relationship management, and operational oversight to ensure the growth and success of our partners.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire partner lifecycle, from onboarding to ongoing relationship management, ensuring that all partners are supported, satisfied, and aligned with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive partner growth strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our partner network.
  • Manage end-to-end partner relationships, including onboarding, documentation, deliverables, invoicing, and ongoing communication.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and drive sales growth.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with partners to discuss their progress, address any concerns or issues, and provide feedback and coaching as needed.
  • Identify and escalate any inconsistencies, concerns, or red flags observed during partner calls or meetings.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all partner interactions and communications.
  • Prepare and present regular reports summarizing partner activity, revenue growth, and other key metrics.
  • Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to support smooth reconciliation processes and ensure data accuracy.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform strategic decisions and drive business growth.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in partner management, account management, client servicing, or relationship management roles.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding partner networks in a similar capacity.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with advanced skills in data analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
