The Chief of Staff will play a critical role in driving the success of our organization by serving as a trusted advisor to the CEO and leadership team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Strategic Execution & Ownership: Develop and execute strategic plans that drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer experience.
- Founder's Office Project Management: Manage complex projects from planning to implementation, ensuring timely delivery and achieving key performance indicators.
- Stakeholder Collaboration & Influence: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, fostering collaboration and influencing key decisions.
- Thought Partnership & Decision Support: Provide expert guidance to the CEO and leadership team on strategic matters, leveraging data and research to inform decision-making.
- Leadership & Team Development: Foster a culture of leadership development, coaching, and mentorship, ensuring a strong pipeline of future leaders.
- Strategic Communication & Brand Representation: Serve as the primary communication point for the CEO, managing internal and external communications, including media relations and public speaking engagements.
- Operational Excellence: Identify and implement process improvements, technology integrations, and resource management strategies to drive business efficiency and scalability.
We are seeking an exceptional candidate who possesses:
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field, with a preference for MBA holders from tier 1 institutions.
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in a strategic planning, Chief of Staff, or leadership role in the real estate industry or similar fast-paced sectors.
- Knowledge: Solid understanding of the real estate market, business strategy, change management, and data analysis.
- Skills: Strong analytical thinking, project management, communication, leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
