Looking for a seasoned Delivery Lead (Senior AVP) to join our rapidly growing AI & Digital Transformation practice. This leadership role is focused on end-to-end delivery of enterprise-grade conversational AI platforms (like Amelia.AI) and managing cross-functional teams at scale.

What you'll do:

  • Drive full lifecycle delivery of AI-based conversational solutions
  • Lead and mentor a 50+ member team across geographies
  • Work hands-on with platforms like Amelia.AI, Dialogflow, or Watson
  • Ensure Agile/DevOps excellence and quality delivery
  • Collaborate with C-level stakeholders and provide strategic input

  • Strong technical grounding in AI/ML, NLP, and software development
  • Experience managing large delivery teams and enterprise clients
