**Job Title:** Technical Project Manager

We're seeking a seasoned project manager to spearhead the delivery of complex technical projects.

This role demands strong leadership, project management, and technical skills. You'll manage cross-functional teams, define project scope, create timelines, allocate resources, and monitor progress to meet delivery milestones.

You will also act as a liaison between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.

About the Role:
  • Lead end-to-end development and deployment of GenAI/LLM-based solutions.
  • Manage product and software engineering projects with extensive experience.
  • Partner with principal engineers across locations to deliver best-in-class products and solutions.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a technical or IT-focused environment. Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within scope, and on budget.

Strong understanding of software development processes, methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall), and tools. Ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.

Familiarity with development platforms and technologies such as cloud platforms, databases, and APIs. Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project) and development tools (e.g., Git, Jenkins, Docker).

  1. Establish a strong engineering team grounded in respect, empathy, and exceptional engineering practices.
  2. Delight customers through high-quality solutions delivered through strong software engineering principles.
  3. Stitch complete workflows that enable customers to accelerate their business through demonstration of understanding business needs.

We'd be excited if you have PMP, ScrumMaster, or other relevant certifications. Understanding of DevOps and CI/CD practices is a plus.
