Cybersecurity Project Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Cybersecurity Project Lead to spearhead the execution of complex cybersecurity projects across industrial OT and enterprise IT environments. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, technical expertise in cybersecurity technologies, and strong business acumen.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Execution & Ownership: Define delivery plans, allocate resources, manage risks, and ensure timely and quality completion.
  • Client Engagement & Governance: Act as day-to-day interface with customer stakeholders for all delivery matters.
  • Team & People Management: Manage delivery personnel including leads and engineers.
  • Process Adherence & Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to delivery frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, ITIL, etc.).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science
  • Certifications: PMP, ITIL, ISO 27001 LA, CISSP or equivalent
  • Experience with cybersecurity tools: NGFW, SIEM, EDR, IAM, PAM, vulnerability management, etc.
  • Prior experience in managed services or consulting firms

Must-have qualifications:

  • 12+ years of experience in cybersecurity project delivery, including minimum 5 years in team or program management
  • Strong exposure to OT and/or IT cybersecurity technologies, services, and architectures
  • Hands-on familiarity with industry standards like NIST, ISO 27001, IEC 62443, ITIL
  • Client-facing experience with large industrial or infra clients (power, ports, airports, etc.)
