Job Opportunity

About This Role:

  • Lead and manage a team of professionals, overseeing project managers, developers, and architects specializing in Salesforce delivery and migration.
  • Support initiatives to enhance team capabilities and ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Work closely with clients to meet their needs and effectively manage expectations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on proposals and strategic initiatives to drive success.
Duties
  • Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders.
  • Engage in activities to align cloud solutions with company standards and exceed client expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Guide the pursuit team for technical solution design, estimation, planning, commercials, and proposal presentation.
  • Manage a team of 200-250 engineers and build/groom next two levels of delivery leaders.
  • Oversight of a high-growth portfolio with annual revenue of $15M to $20M, with a significant portion from winning new deals.
  • Track and control operational parameters such as utilization, pyramid, margin with attention to detail.
Requirements
  • Experience working in the healthcare and life sciences domain, preferably with customers in Clinical, Pharma, Healthcare Payer, Provider domains.
  • Understanding of regulatory aspects applicable to the HLS industry and good grasp of technology and product engineering.
  • Managing and leading highly skilled teams to ensure timely delivery to customers.
  • Able to learn required domain and technology necessary for the program/area of engagement.
  • Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in Delivery Leadership roles for software development and Salesforce management programs.
  • Proven delivery leadership for a multi-customer portfolio with mix of T&M, fixed price.
  • Ability to engage with CxOs/VPs/Director level stakeholders.
  • Ability and willingness to travel for customer meetings.
