Cloud Solutions Architect

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Solutions Architect to lead the implementation of Salesforce CRM solutions. With 10+ years of experience in Salesforce implementation and 5+ years of technical lead experience, you will drive business discussions and work with multiple stakeholders to build consensus.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Salesforce implementation projects, including Sales, Service, and Revenue clouds
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and build custom functionalities on Salesforce Revenue Cloud and SFDC ecosystem
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of Lead to Cash Process and exposure to business change management
  • Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders

Essential Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of Salesforce CRM implementation experience
  • 5+ years of experience as Technical Lead of Salesforce Sales, Service, and Revenue clouds
  • Hands-on experience in Lightning Web Components, Apex, Visualforce, Triggers, SOSL, SOQL, Data loaders, Reports, Dashboards, Workflows, Process Builder, Approval Process, Customizations, and Data/Metadata Migration
  • In-depth knowledge of Product & Pricing modelling/configuration, CPQ Approvals, Data migration, Quote to cash process, approval flows, and Order & Billing Process
