Marketing Cloud Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Cloud specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Marketing Cloud expert, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust marketing solutions on the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement marketing automation solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including email marketing, push messages, journey builder, automation workflows, and personalized content.
  • Configure and customize Salesforce Marketing Cloud to meet specific business needs, including creating data extensions, implementing dynamic content, and managing subscriber lists.
  • Develop and maintain complex SQL queries and data-driven automation processes to manipulate and transform data within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with other systems, such as CRM platforms or external data sources, using APIs and custom integration methods.
  • Build AMP Scripts while creating Email templates and using data from data extensions.
  • Build and Validate HTML and CSS.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot marketing automation processes, ensuring data integrity, campaign deliverability, and optimal system performance.
  • Conduct quality assurance testing to validate the accuracy and functionality of marketing automation campaigns and journeys.
  • Create Reports and Dashboards to measure KPIs of campaigns.
  • Perform Root Cause Analysis if KPIs are not achieved.
  • Experience in Advertising Studio, Datorama, Einstein Analytics is a plus.

  • Experience in marketing automation, cloud computing, and software development.
  • Proficiency in SQL, programming languages, and API integration.
  • Strong understanding of data management, data analytics, and data visualization.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
