Cloud Infrastructure Specialist Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Cloud Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. This role involves designing, deploying, and managing cloud-based infrastructure using Azure DevOps.

This is a remote opportunity with flexible work timings to suit your needs. As a Cloud Infrastructure Specialist, you'll play a key role in shaping our cloud strategy and ensuring seamless delivery of engineering teams' projects across the globe.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with Azure DevOps, Terraform, AKS, and container orchestration tools. Familiarity with PowerShell, Python, and the .NET stack is also essential. Microsoft certifications are a plus, but not required.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Support and govern Azure DevOps environments for multiple teams and projects.
  • Automate access control, agent pool provisioning, and pipeline configurations using Infrastructure as Code.
  • Collaborate with SRE, security, and platform teams to enhance observability and code quality.
  • Drive adoption of best practices in containerization, GitOps, and secure deployments.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in cloud infrastructure management, DevOps, or software engineering.
  • Strong understanding of Azure DevOps (Repos, Pipelines, Permissions, Governance).
  • Scripting knowledge in PowerShell or Python.
  • Familiarity with Terraform, AKS, or any container orchestration tool.
  • .NET stack and cloud-native applications expertise.
