About the Role – Cloud Infrastructure Specialist

This position plays a pivotal role in deploying, supporting, and maintaining applications and products within cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain high availability across geographically distributed environments.
  • Escalate and resolve advanced technical issues with third-party vendors.
  • Provide technical support to users of IT services.
  • Manage user and team provisioning, access controls, and permissions.
  • Partner with cross-functional IT teams to deliver complex maintenance initiatives.
  • Design and implement automation solutions to streamline operational workflows.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience installing, configuring, and maintaining Artifactory.
  • Skilled in integrating Artifactory with build tools and pipelines.
  • Strong experience in Linux system administration.
  • Highly responsible, adaptable, and collaborative team player.
