Key Role Details:

Senior Salesforce Administrator Position

This is a senior-level administrative role where the individual will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Salesforce environment. The administrator will oversee user setup, roles, profiles, permissions, page layouts, and record types, ensuring seamless functionality across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Account Engagement.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and optimize the Salesforce platform to enhance user experience and efficiency.
  • Manage user accounts, roles, and access levels to maintain data security and integrity.
  • Design and implement automation solutions using Flows, Validation Rules, and Approval Processes to streamline business operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify technical requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
  • Provide training and support to global users on Salesforce best practices and usage.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and campaign performance tracking to inform business decisions.
  • Partner with Marketing to execute Account Engagement campaigns and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance policies, security standards, and industry regulations.
  • Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and assess their impact on current implementations.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Must hold Salesforce Administrator Certification.
  • Require 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce administration.
  • Proven track record of supporting Sales Cloud and Service Cloud environments.
  • Familiarity with Account Engagement (Pardot) features and functionalities.
  • Strong analytical skills and understanding of data architecture principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting global user bases preferred.
  • Extensive experience with Flows, Automation, Multiple Currencies, Approval Processes, Reporting, and Dashboards.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Additional Salesforce certifications, such as Advanced Admin or Platform App Builder.
  • Experience with integration tools and AppExchange packages.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and practices.
  • Some Apex familiarity and Platform builder experience.
  • SOQL knowledge and experience.
  • CMS and HTML/CSS skills (bonus).
