About this Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional with deep expertise in Banking & Financial Services workflows and strong Salesforce platform experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Salesforce solutions.
  • Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements for development teams.
  • Drive delivery of nCino modules including Commercial Lending, Retail Banking, and Workflow Automation.
  • Conduct gap analysis, process mapping, and recommend system enhancements aligned with banking operations.
  • Collaborate with Salesforce Admins, Developers, Architects, and QA teams to ensure proper design and delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3+ years focused on Salesforce implementations in banking/financial institutions.
  • Strong knowledge of Commercial Lending, Loan Origination, Treasury Management, and Banking Operations.
  • Expertise in Salesforce CRM (Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Communities, Lightning).
  • Ability to create user stories, process flows, functional specs, and test cases.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.
  • Strong understanding of data migration, integrations (APIs, middleware), and reporting tools.

Preferred/Good-to-Have:

  • Salesforce Certified Administrator or Business Analyst certification.
  • Knowledge of Regulatory Compliance, KYC, AML, and Risk Management in banking.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Master's degree (MBA / MS) preferred but not required.
