About the Role

This is a dynamic consulting position that offers hands-on experience with Business Central. The ideal candidate will thrive in fast-paced environments and have expertise in solving complex business challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage your deep product knowledge to guide clients through discovery, design, implementation, and post-go-live support.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing tailored solutions to meet their unique needs.

Client Consulting & Solution Design

  • Lead client engagements, translating business requirements into effective Business Central solutions.
  • Develop functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams on solution architecture.

Implementation & Delivery

  • Manage full-cycle Business Central implementations, including configuration, testing, training, and support.
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with client objectives.

Pre-Sales & Advisory

  • Support pre-sales efforts by participating in demos, scoping sessions, and proposal development.
  • Advise clients on best practices, industry trends, and Business Central capabilities.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of consulting experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or NAV), including full-cycle implementations.
  • Proven ability to lead client engagements and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Strong understanding of Business Central modules such as Finance, Manufacturing, and Warehouse Management.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging executive stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft technologies (e.g., Power BI, SQL Server, SharePoint) is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client engagements.
