The ideal candidate will be an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 professional with strong knowledge of customization, configuration, and development.

A strong understanding of Dynamics CRM solutions, debugging techniques, and integrations is required for this role. The consultant should have hands-on experience in designing, customizing, and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Customization and Configuration: Design, customize, and configure Dynamics CRM solutions to meet business needs.
  • Development and Debugging: Develop and debug plug-ins, workflows, and JavaScript customizations using C#, SQL, and other relevant technologies.
  • Solution Management: Work with managed/unmanaged solutions and handle solution components.
  • Business Process Automation: Implement business process automation and troubleshoot CRM issues to ensure seamless operations.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and deliver scalable CRM solutions that meet their needs.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 4–8 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (CE/CRM).
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong knowledge of plug-ins, workflows, managed/unmanaged solutions, JavaScript, C#, SQL, and debugging techniques.
  • Crm Security: Experience with CRM security roles, customizations, and form scripting.
  • Debugging: Ability to debug CRM components (JavaScript, plugins, workflows).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Power Platform: Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
  • Azure Integrations: Knowledge of Azure integrations and Dataverse.
