As a SAP functional lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of functional consultants, ensuring timely delivery of business requirements, and designing solutions for procurement and inventory processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of functional consultants, focusing on custom developments and configuration activities.
- Serve as the primary contact for business and customer stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of business requirements and functional design/testing.
- Design and develop solutions for procurement and inventory processes.
- Participate in the full-cycle development process, from gathering business requirements to post-implementation support.
- Prepare functional specifications and test scripts for development.
- Conduct system testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Ensure seamless integration between developers, third-party consultants, and customer resources.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system bugs and performance issues.
- Conduct workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions to optimize business processes and improve ROI.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience with at least 1-2 full-cycle implementations.
- Experience of managing team of functional consultants.
- Experience with SAP S/4 HANA.
- Expertise in SAP MM and SD module configurations.
- In-depth understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Procure-to-Pay processes.
- Experience handling custom developments for complex custom solution.
