Business Transformation Leader

As a Business Transformation & Strategy Manager, you will be responsible for driving profitable growth for global businesses through strategic initiatives.

This role offers variety and the chance to be part of a dynamic team within a large corporate organization.

The successful candidate will lead and manage complex international programs and projects, collaborate with senior stakeholders, and design target operating models (TOM) and M&A type projects.

They will also develop program delivery roadmaps, serve as a subject matter expert, and foster effective relationships with business partners and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  1. 10+ years of professional services experience
  2. At least 5 years of related experience in designing and implementing changes to operating models
  3. Demonstrated experience as a Program Manager leading large and complex programs across matrix structured organizations
  4. Strong change management principles
  5. Excellent communication and diplomacy skills
  6. A highly resourceful and analytical mindset
