Job Description:

The Senior Director, Product Design is a visionary leader who will spearhead the development of intuitive and powerful solutions that empower internal teams and external users. This role requires an exceptional designer with a strong portfolio, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of user-centered design principles.

  • Design Strategy: Define and drive the holistic design vision for products, ensuring a consistent and high-quality user experience across applications.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and grow a team of product designers, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to align on product strategy, goals, and roadmaps.
  • User Advocacy: Advocate for the user through research, testing, and feedback, ensuring design decisions are informed by a deep understanding of user needs and behaviors.

Requirements:

Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field.

Skills: 12+ years of experience in product design; proven experience leading a team of designers; expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies; excellent relationship management skills.

Preferred Skills: Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment; previous experience working on AI-powered products.
