Job Title:
Strategic Business PartnerWe are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Strategic Business Partner to join our team in Mumbai. This role offers a unique blend of sales execution and strategic contribution, making it an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
This position requires a strong ability to build relationships with clients, understand their needs, and suggest suitable office space solutions. You will be responsible for prospecting new clients, arranging site visits, and closing deals while collaborating with leadership to develop and execute creative strategies that drive business growth.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, both in English and Hindi. A bachelor's degree is preferred, but not mandatory if you have relevant experience. Sales & Client Engagement
- Prospect and connect with potential clients through calls, meetings, and networking.
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable office space options.
- Coordinate and conduct property visits with clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Strategy & Business Growth
- Work with the leadership team to create strategies for stronger presence in Mumbai.
- Suggest ideas and directions for still and video creatives that can boost digital lead generation.
- Recommend sales conversation strategies to improve client engagement and closure rates.
- Contribute to team expansion strategies in Mumbai, including inputs on hiring and scaling business operations.
- Suggest revenue-enhancement strategies to maximize profitability from the Mumbai market.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (preferred, not mandatory if proven experience).
- 0–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or real estate (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English & Hindi (Marathi is a plus).
- Confidence in handling client calls and in-person meetings.
- Willingness to travel across Mumbai, Thane & Navi Mumbai for site visits.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
