Job Title: Zone Strategic Manager

The role of a Zone Strategic Manager is to act as a strategic People Ambassador and partner to the business, providing regular People interventions.

Main Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition & Development

  • Recruitment Management: overseeing sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer management processes.
  • Lead hiring for critical leadership roles, niche, and volume-based positions.

Employee Engagement & Retention

  • Conduct employee engagement surveys and implement action plans to improve retention rates.
  • Handle grievances, employee relations, and disciplinary procedures.
  • Drive initiatives to reduce attrition among sales staff.
  • Develop induction programs for new hires.
  • Manage Talent Retention & Employee Development initiatives.
  • Identify training needs based on business and individual goals.
  • Facilitate new hire assimilation and drive Employee Engagement initiatives.

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Ensure labor law compliance across branches in the zone.
  • Oversee timely payroll inputs, onboarding/offboarding processes, and HRIS accuracy.
  • Support internal audits, risk management, and statutory filings.
  • Resolve governance, grievance redressal, and conflict issues.
  • Maintain open communication with employees.

Strategic Partnership

  • Liaise with Function Heads and key personnel to develop and implement people strategies.
  • Collaborate with teams across all centers in the country.
