  • Permit Acquisition: Identify, prepare, and submit permits to local, state, and federal authorities, navigating complex regulations and requirements.
  • Project Management: Oversee the entire permitting lifecycle, managing timelines, resources, and milestones to ensure project success.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong relationships with clients, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, zoning codes, and environmental standards, ensuring permits meet all legal and environmental requirements.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential challenges, assess their impact, and develop proactive solutions to minimize regulatory risks.

  • Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in permitting and project management, with at least 3-5 years directly in the US mainland telecommunications market.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management tools, telecom permitting requirements, and federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Education and Certification: Bachelor's degree in a related field, with professional certifications in Project Management or Environmental Planning a plus.
  • Leadership and Strategic Skills: Exceptional leadership abilities, strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills, and excellent communication skills.
