Strategic Financial Planning Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Senior Manager to lead financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and analysis initiatives. This role will partner with business leaders to drive data-driven decision-making, optimize financial performance, and support long-term strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement comprehensive annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and long-range plans across the organization.
- Collaborate with business units to understand financial drivers and align financial plans with business strategies.
- Analyze financial and operational performance, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights.
- Design and maintain advanced financial models to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions.
- Partner with accounting and business teams to ensure accuracy in reporting and compliance with internal controls.
- Prepare and present detailed monthly/quarterly financial dashboards, variance analysis, and management reports to leadership.
- Drive automation and efficiency in FP&A processes using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Anaplan.
- Monitor key KPIs and provide recommendations to improve financial outcomes.
- Must be a Certified Accountant (CA).
- Post qualification 6-8 years of relevant FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Business Finance experience.
- Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis.
- Strong Excel and financial modeling skills; proficiency in ERP systems and BI tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to interact with senior stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
