Financial Operations Specialist Role

We are seeking an experienced Financial Operations Specialist to drive financial process improvements and optimize our operational efficiency.

  • Reconcile with external reports: Identify discrepancies, investigate issues, and implement corrective actions.
  • Implement automation solutions: Collaborate with IT and finance teams to design, develop, and deploy automation projects using tools and scripts.
  • Perform data analysis: Create informative dashboards and reports using Power BI or similar data visualization tools, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Develop Excel models: Support complex financial analysis, reporting, and business planning activities, leveraging advanced formulas, pivot tables, and VLOOKUP functions.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Foster strong relationships with various departments to understand requirements, gather feedback, and implement effective financial solutions.

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and VLOOKUP functions.
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools.
  • Experience in financial process automation using tools or programming scripts.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex financial information effectively.
