Management Trainee Program Overview

We are seeking a highly ambitious and driven individual to join our Management Trainee (MT) program. This challenging, structured career development program is designed for fresh management graduates who possess strong potential to become high-value specialists and future business leaders.

The program aims to nurture young talent with an all-rounded understanding of business teams before becoming subject matter experts. Our goal is to build and nurture strong, well-rounded leaders that will replenish the pipeline for managerial roles over the next 3 to 5 years.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fulfill challenging assignments throughout our organization in fields such as Corporate HR, including Recruitment, Talent Management, and OD, L&D, Finance, Market Research, etc.
  • Participate in different projects during each rotation of the traineeship.

Requirements:

  1. A postgraduate degree in Human Resource, Finance, Marketing, or General Management.
  2. No more than two years of working experience.
  3. A strong interest in strategic planning or an MBA background.
  4. Expertise in PPT and Excel.
  5. An international mindset.
  6. Good command over the English language.
  7. Highly ambitious with a drive to constantly improve and set stretching goals.
  8. Strong analytical skills with the ability to organize, analyze, and translate strategic relevant information.
  9. A real team player with a passion for collaboration and serving customers.
  10. Development of skills from extra-curricular activities like sports, volunteer work, internships, or committee activities.
