The Opportunity

  • You will work with a dynamic team obsessed with customer happiness.
  • You will gain hands-on experience in building and optimising support systems and processes.
  • You will collaborate closely with founders and leaders, sharing insights and receiving direct feedback.

Responsibilities

  • You will lead and scale sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • You will drive revenue growth by expanding customer base and maximising revenue from existing and new clients.
  • You will conduct regular coaching sessions, skill-building programs, and performance reviews.
  • You will design and implement robust sales processes, reporting frameworks, and SOPs for tracking, forecasting, and performance measurement.
  • You will ensure accurate pipeline management, reporting, and analytics using CRM.
  • You will cross-functional collaboration with operations, marketing, and customer support to create a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

  • You have at least 8-12 years of proven B2B SaaS/Tech sales experience, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
  • You have a strong understanding of SaaS sales cycles, B2B customer buying behavior, and WhatsApp/conversational commerce space.
  • You have a proven ability to hire, inspire, and scale a high-performance sales team.
  • You have a strong background in sales forecasting, creating SOPs, and using data-driven insights.
  • You have hands-on experience with CRM platforms.
