
Regional Revenue Growth Strategist

The ideal candidate will own revenue growth and performance metrics in a region, driving business critical initiatives and leading high-performing teams.
- Contribute to business decisions with qualitative inputs and in-depth quantitative analysis.
- Have a strong understanding of business design requisites and customer experience.
- Develop and lead ambitious city teams, motivating and managing them on a day-to-day basis.
- Develop the ecosystem for successful Design experiences both for internal teams and customers.
- Own quality of Design Closure of Livspace catalogue products and essential home improvement services for the region.
- Drive and meet KPIs such as successful and timely design sign-offs, snag-free designs, sales penetration, C-sat, E-sat.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Design or equivalent.
- At least 7-8 years in an interior fit-out business, operating role managing a revenue-generating team(s).
- Strong attention to detail, excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Structured thought process, strong analytical ability.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Possesses significant personal and professional drive.
- Deep understanding of interior fit-out industry processes, market trends.
