Job Title: Business Growth Strategist

ROLE SUMMARY

This role is responsible for spearheading business growth through strategic partnerships with industry influencers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ ACCOUNTABILITIES

Strategic Responsibilities
  • Executing partnerships to achieve revenue growth, expand market reach, and enhance overall performance.
  • Ensuring the selection, documentation, negotiation, and activation of partners.
  • Maintaining the health of the business from partners and ensuring timely settlements.
Core Responsibilities
  • Primary point of contact for all partners and prospects.
  • Accountable for control function interface including Compliance, Legal, Finance, SPU, etc.
  • Driving revenue delivery via daily engagements with internal channel members.
  • Responsible for driving revenue-targeted initiatives.
  • Daily dashboarding; creation of engagement and review platforms to ensure budget delivery.
People Management or Self-Management Responsibilities
  • Organizing regular training for resources on products, processes, competition benchmarking for Retail segment.
  • Bridge between Sales team and product team for product-related feedback, issues, and resolutions.
  • Periodically reviewing performance to identify business leakages and take corrective measures.
