Revenue Growth Expert

The Revenue Growth Expert plays a pivotal role in driving revenue expansion across diverse segments.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Identify and onboard corporate partners to drive direct sales growth in training & certification enrollments.
  • Develop and execute growth strategies for various business segments, including universities and consulting clients.
  • Support pricing, partnership, and revenue model innovation to maximize outcomes.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify high-potential opportunities and ensure seamless student enrollment experiences with strong conversion and retention rates.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on digital campaigns for lead generation and design outreach programs to engage clients and partners.
  • Conduct competitor benchmarking and growth experiments to inform business decisions.
  • Maintain dashboards tracking revenue, lead funnels, CAC, LTV, and ROI to provide data-backed insights to stakeholders.

Required Skills:

  • Strong analytical, communication, and persuasion skills.
  • High-energy, entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work under targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office or Google Suite and familiarity with CRM and analytics tools are desirable.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Fresh MBAs with 0–1 year of experience are preferred, though prior internships in sales, growth, or consulting will be an advantage.
  • Experience from Tier-1 B-Schools is highly valued.
