Digital Media Revenue Growth Specialist


About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned AdTech expert to join our team as a Digital Media Revenue Growth Specialist. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the programmatic ecosystem and be able to drive revenue growth through optimization of technology, integrations, and yield strategies.


Main Responsibilities:

Maximizing Yield:

  • Design and execute strategies to maximize yield across programmatic channels (open auction, PMP, programmatic direct).
  • Monitor eCPM, fill rates, ad load, and ad vital metrics to continuously improve monetization.

AdTech Integrations:

  • Lead integration of SSPs, DSPs, ad exchanges, data partners, and header bidding solutions.
  • Drive adoption of advanced AdTech solutions (Prebid, Open Bidding, server-to-server setups).

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5–8 years of experience in AdTech, Programmatic Monetization, or Yield Management.
  • Strong understanding of the programmatic ecosystem (SSPs, DSPs, ad exchanges, data partners)
  • Hands-on expertise with Google Ad Manager, Prebid, Open Bidding, and header bidding frameworks.
  • Deep knowledge of AMP, mWeb, and app monetization dynamics.
  • Strong technical and troubleshooting skills across integrations and platforms.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and editorial teams.
