About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Digital Media Optimization Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing digital media campaigns to maximize yield and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Publisher Management: Manage relationships with publishers to ensure optimal ad placement and revenue streams.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for publishers and internal departments, facilitating communication and resolving issues promptly.
  • Technical Q/A: Ensure that ad requests and inventory settings are optimized and work with development teams to implement new features and technologies.
  • Publisher Ad Layout: Provide recommendations on ad layouts to maximize yield and publisher KPIs.
  • Publisher Onboarding: Work with suppliers to get sites whitelisted and facilitate programmatic monetization, enhancing yield through partnerships.
  • Yield Analysis: Monitor yield based on demand source by inventory/product.
  • Optimization: Analyze partner and publisher performance, identifying opportunities to optimize setups and increase revenue streams.
  • Ad Operations: Ensure optimal yield setup, SSP block list, and flooring in DFP and SSP systems.
  • Reporting: Provide weekly KPI reports for publishers, suppliers, and partners, as well as billing and reconciliation information.
  • PMP Management: Collaborate with buyers to create deals and optimize them for best performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Intelligence, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in online advertising/web analytics, including traffic analysis, account management, yield management, campaign management, publisher operations/development, ad operations, and data analysis.
  • Experience with DFP ad server.
  • Knowledge of SSP UI/Applications (Index, OpenX, Appnexus).
  • Familiarity with header bidding ad tech.
  • Proven track record of managing teams and building strong relationships.
