
Digital Advertising Specialist

About this role:
We're seeking an experienced digital advertising specialist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch and optimize paid ad campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to develop high-performing campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance daily and adjust strategies for improved conversions, return on ad spend (ROAS) and cost per lead (CPL).
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audience segments and landing pages.
- Generate campaign performance reports and insights using analytics tools.
- Stay updated with trends and updates in digital advertising platforms.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in running Meta & Google Ads campaigns.
- A strong understanding of paid media KPIs like click-through rate (CTR), ROAS, cost per click (CPC) and CPL.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads and Google Analytics.
- A data-driven mindset with a keen eye for campaign insights and optimizations.
- The ability to manage multiple campaigns across different industries or verticals.
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience with remarketing, lookalike audiences and funnel-based targeting.
- Experience working in a creative/digital agency environment.
- Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint.
