Results-Driven Paid Media Specialist

We are seeking an experienced digital advertising expert to oversee and optimize paid campaigns across various platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in running successful campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and maximizing return on investment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive paid campaign strategies to drive business growth.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to ensure maximum campaign effectiveness.
  • Monitor daily campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize for clicks, conversions, and ROI.
  • Create, test, and refine ad creatives, copies, and formats to improve campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure ads align with brand guidelines and messaging.
  • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance with actionable insights and recommendations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in paid media/digital advertising.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other popular ad platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work on multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing funnels and performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.).
  • Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

The successful candidate will be a self-motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.

This role requires someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
