Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Ad Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing advertising sales strategies, building client relationships, and driving revenue.

Your primary objective will be to identify new business opportunities, cultivate relationships with potential clients, and map key clients and agencies in the region for pitching company advertising/marketing solutions.

To succeed in this position, you must have a proven ability to manage multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously, as well as proficiency in digital advertising platforms, analytics tools, and CRM software.

Sales Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and implement ad sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with potential clients.
  • Map key clients and agencies in the region for pitching company advertising/marketing solutions.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the organization.
  • Manage the sales pipeline efficiently, from lead generation to closure, ensuring timely follow-ups and conversions.

Client Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with advertisers, media agencies, and other stakeholders.
  • Understand client needs and offer tailored advertising solutions that deliver results.
  • Build trusted relationships and clearly articulate key value propositions, processes, and performance for the region.

Campaign Management:

  • Collaborate with creative, marketing, and analytics teams to design impactful ad campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide clients with detailed reporting and insights.

Market Research & Analysis:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to improve ad products and sales approaches.

Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
  • Contribute to product innovation by sharing client feedback and market needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience: 3–5 years in advertising sales, media sales, or a similar role.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Skills:
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in digital advertising platforms, analytics tools, and CRM software.
