Job Title: Senior Advertising Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Advertising Strategist to develop and execute effective advertising campaigns, maximizing return on investment (ROI) for our e-commerce business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, launch, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) for e-commerce brands, leveraging data-driven insights to drive results.
  • Monitor campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven adjustments to enhance efficiency.
  • Research and implement new audience targeting strategies, bidding methodologies, and ad placements to scale e-commerce stores.

Market Analysis & Creative Development:

  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, conducting competitor analysis to identify emerging strategies and best practices.
  • Utilize Meta Ad Library and ad spy tools to research and replicate high-performing creatives.
  • Provide in-depth analysis of creative performance, recommending optimizations to improve campaign effectiveness.

Creative Collaboration & Coordination:

  • Work closely with graphic designers and video editors to create high-converting ad creatives.
  • Develop clear, detailed creative briefs to ensure alignment with marketing strategies.
  • Maintain effective communication with internal teams to streamline campaign execution.

Performance Tracking & Reporting:

  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), preparing comprehensive performance reports.
  • Adjust bidding strategies, audience targeting, and creative elements to improve results.
  • Stay current with changes in advertising platforms, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in advertising strategy for e-commerce businesses, demonstrating a track record of success.
  • Strong expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
  • Experience with Google Ads and TikTok Ads is a plus.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
  • Excellent communication skills for coordinating with design and video editing teams.
