Paid Search Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled search media expert to lead our team.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Developing and executing a best-in-class approach to paid search media buying
  2. Guiding a team in executing paid media campaigns to industry-standard best practice across Paid Search and guiding creative strategy
  3. Optimizing ad accounts to achieve the absolute best results for clients
  4. Leading client relationships and working closely with other team members
  5. Contributing to the growth & structure of our paid search media team, assisting in training and up-skilling the wider team

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  1. Experience managing multiple search campaigns simultaneously
  2. Strong verbal and written communication, strategic planning, and project management skills
  3. Able to multi-task and be self-driven and proactive in nature
  4. Comfortable working across multiple departments in a deadline-driven environment
  5. An active team player, self-starter, and multitasker who can quickly adjust priorities
  6. Confidence with numbers and data analysis
  7. An eye for precision and attention to detail
  8. Good working knowledge of MS-Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  9. Google AdWords Certification is a plus
