Job Description:

As a seasoned leader, you will spearhead the development of innovative social and digital campaigns for our clients. With a deep understanding of social platforms as both broadcast and narrowcast media, you will craft engaging experiences through insights, technologies, and expertise.

The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with our client servicing team to continuously enhance strategy direction and recommended programs and tactics. Your role will involve:

  • Conducting in-depth analysis of category, competition, consumer, culture, and brand to create unique and differentiated insights.
  • Developing integrated strategy platforms for campaigns/pitches that serve as an ideal springboard for creative teams.
  • Presenting visual presentations with a sharp point of view and riveting narrative.
  • Translating business objectives into social/digital media objectives enriched by proprietary benchmarks.
  • Analyzing available insights and defining overall strategy in terms of distribution and amplification.
  • Defining advertising pressure to achieve goals, considering objectives, challenges, and limitations.
  • Participating in new business pitches as required.
Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • A postgraduate degree with 7+ years of experience in brand planning, social, and/or digital campaign management, or digital creative strategy.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to connect business requirements to strategy solutions.
  • Research and data analytical skills to generate data-based insights for the strategy process.
  • A passion for the fast-evolving social/digital media environment with a strong point of view to share with clients and colleagues.
  • An eye for innovation and emerging platforms or partners for brand, social, and digital strategies.
  • The ability to work effectively, proactively, and seamlessly with integrated teams.
  • A proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and people management skills.
