Job Title:

Driving Growth and Performance through Digital Marketing

We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for driving growth and performance through digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Setup and Management: Set up and manage Google AdWords and Bing campaigns, conducting target keyword research and writing ad copies that drive conversions.
  • Campaign Optimization: Optimize campaigns using bid and budget management, structural optimization, and creative optimization to improve campaign performance.
  • Paid Social Campaigns: Manage Paid Social campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Shopping Campaigns: Create end-to-end shopping campaigns, including feed files and merchant center integration, to drive sales and revenue.
  • Competitor Profiling: Develop a strong understanding of product offerings and competitor profiling to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Status Updates: Provide daily and weekly status updates as part of the team to ensure everyone is on track.
  • Conversion Tracking: Ensure conversion tracking and KPI measurements are in place to measure campaign success.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree (minimum requirements).
  • Experience: 4+ years of PPC experience (Google Ads & Facebook Ads). Programmatic media buying experience is an advantage.
  • E-Commerce Experience: Experience working with E-Commerce setup is preferred.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical ability and data analysis experience to drive business decisions.
  • Technical Skills: Basic Excel Skills and proficiency in Google Analytics.
  • Communication Skills: Effective communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Lifelong Learning: Quick learner with exceptional attention to detail and performance-driven to stay ahead of the curve.
