Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing online marketing campaigns that promote our brand, products, and services. This role plays a key part in increasing brand awareness, driving traffic to the companys website, and generating qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and display advertising
  • Manage and optimize company website and landing pages for improved performance and user experience
  • Perform keyword research and implement SEO best practices to drive organic traffic
  • Create engaging content for various platforms, including blog posts, emails, and social media
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, etc.
  • Manage and grow the companys presence across various digital channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter)
  • Collaborate with designers, content creators, and other teams to execute marketing strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or a related role
  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SEO tools, email marketing platforms)
  • Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and CRM software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and analytical thinking
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Google Ads and/or HubSpot certification
  • Experience with eCommerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.)
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic web development
