Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our marketing team as a Digital Marketing Specialist.

The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to promote our products, increase brand awareness, and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement B2B marketing campaigns across email, social media, and digital platforms.
  • Coordinate with sales and product teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct market research to gather insights on industry trends, competitors, and target audiences.
  • Track and report on campaign performance, suggesting improvements where needed.
  • Maintain CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to support lead management and reporting.
  • Stay updated on new marketing tools, platforms, and trends to improve effectiveness.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate should have:

  • 2–3 years of experience in B2B marketing.
  • Basic knowledge of lead generation and campaign management.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Exposure to account-based marketing is a plus.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM preferred.
  • Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals including SEO and SEM.
