Lead Paid Social Specialist

About the Role

You will be responsible for executing and supporting the development of strategies for all paid social channels (Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter).

Main Responsibilities:

  • Analyze cross-functional data to recommend budget allocation across channels, devices, and campaigns.
  • Enhance app acquisition campaign performance and hold team members accountable for meeting monthly targets while providing coaching support.
  • Identify new marketing opportunities and creative ideas based on commercial KPIs, customer insights, and competitive analysis through ongoing testing and learning.
  • Oversee the full project and campaign lifecycle ensuring high-quality delivery and KPI achievement through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Work with local marketing teams to provide guidance on executing local tactics effectively.
  • Promote best practice guidelines and share digital expertise across teams within the organization.

Key Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of professional experience managing paid social advertising campaigns.
  • Experience managing campaigns for at least 2 of the following channels: Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, Twitter.
  • Strong app acquisition expertise, ideally with full-funnel marketing experience.
  • Ability to lead projects, instruct teams, and manage various stakeholders effectively.
  • Skill in breaking down complex problems into actionable roadmaps.
  • Experience leveraging incrementality test solutions to decide on campaign and budget mix.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Capacity to identify marketing opportunities and develop strategic solutions.
  • Ability to initiate innovations, provide feedback, and influence the broader team.
