Marketing Strategist

As a key player in our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing influencer marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement.
  • Identify and coordinate with influencers to meet campaign requirements.
  • Manage communication with influencers regarding briefs, deliverables, timelines, and approvals.
  • Track live campaigns, monitor content performance, and flag issues proactively.
  • Maintain accurate records of campaign reports, performance trackers, and final delivery decks for clients.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Ensure timely invoicing, documentation, and database management for influencer collaborations.
  • Stay updated with platform trends, influencer content styles, and new campaign execution practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, campaign management, or digital marketing.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to liaise with influencers and clients.
  • Ability to multitask and deliver under tight timelines.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, content formats, and campaign tracking tools.
  • A problem-solving attitude and eagerness to work in a fast-paced agency setup.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and have a strong understanding of marketing principles and campaign execution.
