Performance Marketing Role

We are seeking an experienced Performance Marketer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across various digital channels.

You will drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention through performance-based strategies, monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, ROI, and KPIs. Additionally, you will collaborate with content, creative, and product teams to develop impactful campaigns.

To succeed in this position, you should have a strong understanding of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other performance platforms. Excellent analytical and reporting skills, as well as the ability to manage budgets effectively and deliver measurable results, are also essential.

This is a full-time opportunity that requires maximum 3-5 years of experience in performance/digital marketing, preferably in retail/e-commerce.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • • Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, and other digital channels.

  • • Drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention through performance-based strategies.

  • • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, ROI, and KPIs.

  • • Collaborate with content, creative, and product teams to develop impactful campaigns.

  • • Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in performance marketing.

  • Requirements & Qualifications:

  • • Proven experience (3–5 years) in performance/digital marketing, preferably in retail/e-commerce.

  • • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other performance platforms.

  • • Excellent analytical and reporting skills with a data-driven mindset.

  • • Ability to manage budgets effectively and deliver measurable results.

  • • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
