Strategic Revenue Optimization Specialist

Our mission is to revolutionize the short-term rental (STR) sector by implementing innovative revenue management strategies.
Job Description:We seek a dynamic Revenue Manager who is eager to contribute to our fast-paced growth and the continued success of the ASL Group. The successful candidate will oversee all processes associated with demand, revenue, inventory, forecasting, and opportunity analysis in line with our Corporate Strategies and brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- The Revenue Manager will develop and recommend sales strategies for pricing of the transient customer, wholesale, and group segments.
- The individual will identify new revenue opportunities and effectively communicate sales strategy and pricing to all key stakeholders.
- As primary contact, they will maintain productive relationships with stakeholders, including hotel General Managers, Corporate revenue leaders, and owners.
- They will develop and implement dynamic pricing strategies for our short-term rental portfolio, utilizing tools like Pricelabs or Beyond Pricing.
- The candidate will analyze market trends, demand patterns, and competitor strategies to adjust pricing and maximize revenue.
- They will collaborate with property managers and marketing teams to optimize listings across various Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) and direct booking channels.
- The Revenue Manager will forecast revenue performance and provide regular reporting on key metrics to senior management.
- They will work closely with the sales and customer service teams to align pricing strategies with overall business objectives.
- The individual will monitor and analyze the performance of pricing strategies, making adjustments as needed to respond to changing market conditions.
- They will explore and integrate new technologies and methodologies to continually enhance revenue management capabilities.
- The Revenue Manager will prepare and present monthly and quarterly presentations to clients.
- They will develop and maintain a close relationship with the market manager of all OTAs to maximize opportunities with these channels.
- The candidate must be able to effectively communicate both verbally and written, with all levels of employees and customers in an attentive, friendly, courteous, and service-oriented manner.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in revenue management, preferably in the hospitality or short-term rental industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Proficiency in revenue management software and tools, particularly in STR pricing optimization.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Knowledge of the local and global STR market, trends, and dynamics.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- The ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
